Week 4
13UV (WC 6 - BWW 28)
The 13U Varsity Shamrocks battled hard on Sunday but came up short against a tough Brandywine DE Warriors squad, marking their first loss of the season.
Despite a strong effort, the Shamrocks were held to one touchdown, while the Warriors’ defense forced two turnovers and limited scoring opportunities. On the other side of the ball, Brandywine capitalized on key plays to notch four touchdowns.
While the result wasn’t what the team hoped for, the Shamrocks remain focused and determined. They’ll look to bounce back this weekend in a big matchup against the Sharon Hill Ramblers.




11UJV GREEN (WC 12 - BWW 6)
Last Saturday, the 11U JV Green Shamrocks delivered a performance full of heart and hustle. With just 13 players going both ways, the team showed incredible determination and teamwork, earning a hard-fought 12-6 win.
The defense was relentless, flying to the ball and shutting down Brandywine’s offense. A standout moment came from Jase, who made a clutch hustle play to chase down a runner and prevent a touchdown. The only points allowed came on a kick return — a testament to how locked in the defense was all game.
On the offensive side, the line executed beautifully, opening up opportunities for playmakers to shine. Maxx led the scoring effort with two trips to the end zone, giving the Shamrocks the edge they needed.
This win was a true team effort, with every player stepping up and playing their role. Special shoutout to the teammates who couldn’t suit up due to injury or illness — this one was for you. And a big thank you to Coach Mike and Coach Mark for their leadership and preparation.
The Shamrocks are building momentum and looking forward to next week with confidence and pride!




9UJV (WC 6 - BWW 18)
The 9U JV Shamrocks kicked off strong at Concord High School, with JP Jones breaking away for a thrilling 50-yard touchdown on the opening drive. Despite the early lead, the Brandywine Warriors answered quickly, tying the game 6-6.
The Shamrocks nearly regained the lead with another touchdown, but a penalty brought it back. A goal-line stand by Brandywine kept the score even heading into halftime.
In the second half, Brandywine pulled ahead with two more scores. The Shamrocks fought hard to the final whistle but came up short, falling 18-6. The team now looks ahead to next week’s matchup at RPP with determination and heart.




7UV (WC 0 - BWW 26)
The 7U Shamrocks gave it their all in a challenging game, falling 26-0 but showing real promise on offense with several exciting plays that nearly broke through for scores. While the defense struggled with missed tackles, the team’s spirit never wavered.
What stood out most was the energy and joy on the field — every player got time on the turf, and smiles were everywhere. The kids are having fun, learning, and growing together, and that’s what matters most. With supportive families and a team-first mindset, the Shamrocks are building something special.
Looking ahead, the team is excited to keep improving and enjoying every moment of the season.

Week 3
13UV (WC 26 - BYC 14)
The WCS 13U Varsity Shamrocks earned their third win of the season with a strong performance against their rivals, the BYC Bulldogs. The offense came out firing, led by explosive runs from Elias “Speedy” Swinton (2 touchdowns), Sam Fyock (1 touchdown), Dom Smith (1 touchdown), Aiden Custer, Zeke Mayo, and Terrance Hill.
The Shamrocks’ offensive line—known as the BIG GREEN WALL—dominated the trenches and proved too much for BYC’s defense. Huge shoutout to the O-Line: Richard Pittman, Azton Byrne, Christian DelGaudio, Chase Pittman, Gabe DiJiacomo, Jhaiden Washington, and Angelo Pitts for their relentless blocking and protection.
On the defensive side, the Shamrocks locked down in the second half, holding BYC scoreless. Linebacker Nolan Krones led the charge, while BYC’s quarterback Rex Sullivan was under constant pressure, resulting in sacks by Dominic Smith and Christian DelGaudio. The secondary stepped up with key interceptions from Zeke Mayo and Angelo Pitts, stalling BYC’s momentum.
Other standout defensive contributions came from Chase Pittman, Richard Pittman, Dylan Messina, Connor Kendro, Jhaiden Washington, Gabe DiJiacomo, Sam Fyock, Azton Byrne, Charlie Harper, and Michael Valbrum.
A complete team effort sealed the win—great job, Shamrocks!



11UV (WC 12 - BYC 21)
The 11U Varsity Shamrocks faced their first defeat of the season on Saturday evening, falling to the BYC Bulldogs 21-12. Despite the setback, the Shamrocks showed resilience in the second half, rallying with touchdowns from AJ Smith and Jace Cheung. Ultimately, their comeback effort fell just short, but the team’s determination was clear throughout the game. Our focus is on our next game! Go Shamrocks!



9UJV (WC 22 - BYC 14)
The 9U JV Shamrocks earned their first win of the season topping the BYC Bulldogs 22-14. The offense started strong, with JP Jones sprinting 25 yards for a touchdown after a Royal Johnson run was called back. Johnson added the two-point conversion for an 8-0 lead.
BYC answered with a touchdown, but the Shamrocks held onto an 8-6 advantage. Dash Clark then broke free for a 44-yard score, and the defense held firm, sending the Shamrocks into halftime up 14-6.
The Shamrocks' defense, led by Hunter Jackson, opened the second half with a big stop, forcing a turnover on downs. The offense capitalized with strong runs from JP Jones, Dash Clark, and Mike Trio, finishing the drive with a Royal Johnson touchdown and a two-point pass from JP Jones to Max Brown, extending the lead to 22-6. The Shamrocks held off a late BYC push to secure the victory. Go Shamrocks!
